Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF) Supporting the people around you who are experiencing poor mental health has become a priority for many people and the organisations they work in. With 1 in 4 people in the UK likely to experience a mental health issue each year, workplaces are taking an active role in supporting the well-being of individuals by training colleagues as Mental Health First Aid trainers. The Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF) interactive two-day course helps to develop: A greater understanding & awareness of common mental health issues, Understanding how to support, reassure and signpost colleagues to professional support. Awareness of how you can look after your well-being as a Mental Health First Aider Skills such as active listening and non-judgemental support.
